Overcoming a somewhat bumpy start in stand-up, Maniscalo moved to LA at the age of 24, honing his craft while waiting tables for eight years. He caught his big break when actor Vince Vaughn spotted him and asked him to join his 2005 Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show tour. Since then he has appeared on TV shows like Comedy Central Presents, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Comics Unleashed.

The show was fantastic.Sebastians material is so original and I can definitely
relate to his jokes. He is so animated !
I was laughing from the minute , he started talking about having to come
downtown, let alone on a Sunday and at night. I had tears running down my face by the end of his show.

Sebastian returns to Cleveland
went to see Sebastian at the Conner theater in Cleveland
this past weekend....although I love his longer gigs better...he
was still amazingly funny...spent over a hour on stage and the seats
were phenomenal as well as the choice of restaurants all around
the theater location...love to see him every year instead of every two years.
all in all I give his show fives starts..and the comedian who was on stage before
