Famed for his hit "Brown Eyed Girl" that launched him to fame during the 1960s, he recently re-recorded his Duets album with a host of new musicians!
Duets: Re-working The Catalogue saw Van revisiting the most popular songs from his extensive catalogue (over 360 tracks ) over the course of his 50-year career. The recording features songs such as Real Real Gone, Higher Than The World and Irish Heartbeat, recorded both in London and his native home of Belfast.

Great concert
Van and his awesome band delivered last night. His voice was strong and he performed something for everyone. Old and new. Loved “Cleaning Windowsâ€! His band was unbelievable. So so talented. They all seemed to enjoy playing as much as us. Van was his usual “ all businessâ€, but all about the music is fine with me. We had excellent seats which was a total surprise to us. great show last night right place to see van.the sound was awesome. the band wastight.a few updated takes on old favorite s. new material also good. it seemed van was enjoying himself leading the band.and getting exactly the sound he wanted. 90 plus minutes of non stopback to back songs.one encore of his most loved updated version of a classic. a must see show. shana morrison opened the show and is every bit as talented as her dad. with a heavenly voice ...
